PlumbersStock PH warrants that all PEX products sold are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

• Warranty applies only to defects in manufacturing that cause the pipe to fail when installed and used according to specifications.

Exclusions:

• Improper installation or use beyond rated pressure and temperature

• Damage due to incompatible chemicals

• Physical damage, mishandling, accidents, or natural wear and tear

• Labor, installation, removal, or consequential damages are not covered

Remedy:

If a valid defect is confirmed, PlumbersStock PH will replace the defective pipe or provide equivalent credit toward future purchases.

To make a claim, present proof of purchase (official receipt or delivery receipt) and return the defective product for inspection.
